Mobile Car Diagnostics Centre have exclusive access to the latest diesel diagnostic equipment technical expertise, services of injector coding & learning.Unprogrammed injectors cause problems for many customers as they do not perform as intended, causing reduced fuel economy, poor performance and starting problems. Injector coding is necessary on many new vehicles when the injectors have been replaced, and it used to be the case that this could only be undertaken by main dealerships. Fortunately this is no longer the case, we offer a cost effective and high class injector recoding service to suit your needs, saving you on large dealership repair bills.
Electronic programming is necessary on modern vehicle as many different components so that the ECU will recognise and communicate with, allowing the vehicle to run as intended.
Common rail injectors of all brands require coding of the unique calibration code (found on the injector) to the engine ECU. These are generally found on the injector solenoid, or in the case of some Delphi injectors, found on the parts sticker located on the injector body.
Please note: We recommend coding your injectors BEFORE fitment to the vehicle. The vehicle ECU will accept the calibration codes before fitment and this will confirm the correct injector has been supplied. If the ECU does not accept the calibration code, it will indicate either an operator error in entering the code , or the injector is incorrect for the vehicle. Should the injector supplied be incorrect, the injector can be returned as they have not been fitted to the engine or run.
